A new service offered

I am offering a new service. I just bought a new shotgun wall thickness gauge. So, for $35 plus shipping and insurance costs, if necessary, I can measure the walls of your shotgun to determine the condition and safety. I can measure 12 gauge to 28 gauge with accuracy to .001". I may replace the dial indicator with a Starrett digital for accuracy to .0001".

So if you have a vintage gun and want to know about the barrels, I can help you determine its safety.

Hi, I am new to this forum. Happy to have acquired an Ithaca XL900 Semi Auto 12ga. Full Choke. I don't know what ammo I can safely shoot given these specs. Can I use steel shot / hevi shot? What about foster slugs? Thanks!
