I now have a Ithaca Tikka model 07 It is a single shot 12 gauge on top with a single shot 222 on the bottom. It was imported by Ithaca from 1972 to 1977 from Finland. A very fancy gun and rare. It is marked "Ithaca" Often called the Ithaca "Turkey Gun" Here is a picture of it: Thanks Donald

Cannot say that I have ever heard of these firearms.Do you know any more of the history of them?

They were imported into the USA and Canada from 1972 to 1977. About 250 to 300 were imported into Canada. A lot of the Canadian guns also went to the USA. They were imported from Tikka from Finland. They were imported about the same time as the "Ithaca Tikka LSA 55 and 65 rifles. The Tikkas were a high quality rifle line that Ithaca did not have. Those that were brought in somewhere carried the Ithaca name on them. Some time around the end of the 70s Ithaca got into financial difficulties and quit importing them. That is when Tikka started exporting them direct into the USA and Canada and still do. The early "Ithaca-Tikka" guns were high quality and are still sought after. The model 07 Turkey gun was only !2 gauge over 222 caliber offered. The rifles only, were imported by Ithace from '69-'77. The LSA-55 was a short action and available in .222 Rem, .22/250, .243 Win, 6mm Rem, and .308 Win.

The LSA-65 was a long action available in .25/06, .270, and .30/06.

Both short and long actions had a Deluxe version. The LSA-Deluxe had skip-line checkering, roll-over Monte Carlo stock, Rosewood grip cap and F/E tips. The Deluxe version came equipped with scope mounts and sans sights

It depends. If you are in the US I would recommend a gun show or Gun Broker. If you are outside of the US I would have no advise.
