Don't have a vest...but my husband was looking at some for me. :) I have a list of other things on the "want" list first! It's addicting, really. haha

No it doesnt. Nor will it ever.

I want body armour too, but till I can rationalize it, I'll wait. ;)

I'm planning to buy a vest for me but certainly no idea yet on where to go.

if you want to learn more about them, go here: http://bodyarmor.com

They give you a nice little primer on the different types, style, etc.

Welcome to the Ithaca Owners Forum Sheila !!

+1 on what Raven had said...

Second Chance is a good brand...but it must fit properly !

The one I own... the plates are rated NIJ 0101.04 & 05 Standard III-A which stops the overwhelming majority of pistol projectiles you are ever likely to encounter (plus 12 gauge OO buckshot)

I wear a Second Chance level 111 on duty. I suggest an under armour shirt underneath it. Proper fit is critical, go to an authorized dealer and let him fit you.
