I couldn't help it. She's every bit as much a part of the hunt as my Ithaca 37!

Breed?..Who knows-Who cares!

Her name is Shadow and loves nothing more than when I grab a gun and head for the door. There's just no stopping her, she's going along!

Let's see some more hunting, "buddies"!

Cute pose. I wanna say sheepdog...but I could be mistaken. Good looking dog none the less. And a huntin buddy! Even better.

Nice dog. I see alot of golden in her, but how she got that black coat escapes me. She looks like a real sweetie, though.

Her mother, who's still alive is a general "farm dog". She certainly is the best hunter and gun dog I've ever had though.

I tell you, sometimes the mixed breeds make the best dogs. I have a hound that is half bloodhound and half black and tan and she is something really special. I'd bet she's smart as a whip, too.
