So far the rabbits I have bagged have been given to people who I promised rabbits to.These people are older and enjoy rabbits ,but are no longer able to hunt themselves.

Nice job; I haven't had a chance to get out and do some rabbit hunting this season.

What Ithaca do you use as a rabbit gun? |

Yes I believe you are right,S13.
Bad weather here since Feb. 2ND.Another 10 to 15 CM of snow due tonight. This has pretty much put an end to my rabbit hunting. At least for awhile. |
Good story and great lookin' dog !!
Thanks for sharing... |

Sadly, I didn't do any hunting this year. I lost my dad on 18 november and I didn't have it in me to go out.
Now we have had 72" of snow in 18 days and too dang cold to hunt. --Jim

Don't think we have as much snow as you raven, but we have had a lot. Also like you, the temperature has been very cold. The poor 28 gauge Ithaca Model 37 is just sitting by the door looking sad, as she cannot get out for a hunt. ![]() |
